CHIEF COOK
Qualification :
Male, Matured with age between 30 – 45 years old
Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Production or Diploma, with 3 – 5 years experience at the same capacity in large scale catering company. Preference will be given to those who have been in the position for 2 years as a Chef or Chief Cook.
Excellent in Indonesian Menu
Capable in Oriental, Western and Pastry Bakery ( advantage point )
Can manage Food Cost & create margin in site.
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible and fast learner
Customer oriented and able to work independently or team.
Willing to be placed in Site ( All Kalimantan )
